Subscription terms
The two plans
AXO Free includes your account, the digital Founder card, games and public pages. AXO Plus adds new saved entries, Mon Axo and NAC notebooks, private QR, collections, 3D projects, animal records, charts, calendar, budget and exports. Each tool’s capacity is detailed on the plans page.
Price and renewal
AXO Plus costs €5 per month in total. The first payment is due when you subscribe, then monthly on the date shown by Stripe. There is no automatic paid trial: the free account only becomes paid if you choose Plus and confirm payment.
Payment and activation
Stripe processes payments. AXO does not store your full card number. Plus access starts after Stripe confirms payment. Access already paid for remains available until it expires.
Cancellation
Cancellation is free, with no minimum term, from your account or the cancellation page. It stops renewals at the end of the paid period. Your data remains viewable and exportable with the free account.
Withdrawal
Withdrawal is separate from cancellation. You have 14 days after concluding the contract to request withdrawal under the applicable rules. No automatic waiver is required. Contact bonjour@axord3d.fr or use the French withdrawal form.
Service scope
The subscription covers available digital features. Physical products, food and veterinary consultations are excluded. Assistants and simulations are educational and do not replace a veterinarian. The file and usage limits displayed in the tools apply.
Languages and contact
The main interface is available in French, English, German and Spanish. Episodes, guides, creative studios and specialist notebooks remain in French. Seller details are in the French legal notice. Contact: bonjour@axord3d.fr.
